Expect
The Process
1. Consultation - $50 |

A consultation is required to establish mutual comfort and security for both parties as well as share creative ideas for your photoshoot . This can be done meeting in a public place locally here in Denver or can be online through a video chat avenue. ​This 1 hour meeting will cover your creative desires and my business practice and policies. If you decide to book with Her Name Is, 100% of this fee will be credited towards the photoshoot.

2. 50% Deposit & Scheduled Photo shoot |
​
Should you desire to continue with a photo shoot together a 50% deposit is required to contract your shoot.
The $50 consultation fee will be credited towards the deposit and the remaining deposit balance will be owed.
3. The fun part, YOUR SHOOT! |
​
Your photo shoot will commence as contractually scheduled upon with submission of your deposit. The balance of the shoot fee is due upon arrival at your photoshot.
​
A one-time rescheduling option is available should you need to cancel with at least 2 days notice. Less than 2 days cancellation notice and your desposit will be forfeited.

4. Post Production |
​
Post photo shoot, you will receive a gallery of images from which you can make your final image selections.
​
Final images will be delivered to you 3 weeks after HNI receives your final photo shoot selections. If selects are not made within a 2 week time frame, selections will be made on your behalf.

5. Permissions |
​
Should the desire arise to use your images, I will send out a Marketing Permission Form to request using your images for HER Name Is promotion only.
​
This is an optional form and not required to sign however deeply appreciated should you grant permission.
